you aren't giving enough data for us to help you. For example, our spark plugs are designed to last years and well over 60,000 miles. However when spark plugs wear the gap opens up. That causes the voltages to build higher which can cause breakdowns in other places, such as carbon tracking. What you are decribing, if it occured at high rpm and under load could be plugs.

When a Cat gets leaded fuel during its lifetime it can fail. When it fails, the honeycomb can become plugged. That will show up as increased backpressure. That backpressure is greater at higher RPMs and load. That will cause it to feel like it is starving out.

The list is endless, and it includes as the prior post suggested, a bad fuel filter.

i did the tune up recently(sp, fuel filter)
it varies when it happends. high rpm,low rpm. it doesnt happen all the time.
also,(different prob) after i changed the tb, i noticed that around 25ish mph, when i let go of the gas, it seems like the engine is gettin choked,(feels like some1s pressing the brake,)then after about 5~10secs it will go back to normal. i press the gas again, then let go, same stuff. yes i did cleaned the tb before i got it back on,unless theres a special way.(got a tb cleaner, brush, and spray and scrub and wipe...)
thanks again guy...

Did this start after the tune up or was it the reason for the tuneup?

You say this is intermittent at all rpms? Have you considered a small amount of water may be in the gasoline causing it to stumble at times? You might try adding a fuel drying agent (usually alcohol). It is pretty cheap in most parts stores and less than $2.
