if folks want a scoop, I can make a mold a make a bunch of them, I have a boat building business on the side with vacuum bagging equipment and all. I have no idea how to design a scoop so if someone can work out the "right" shape, I can make them..

The only way I would put a scoop on my hood is IF and Only IF It will gain me more than 5 HP with a intake system using that scoop. Other than that, Is a Big K!
