I got my first legend when half my life was over. Ever since I got my Legend, I feel like I have half my life left to live and have fun with this car. Who knows, I put so few miles on my car, it might outlive me.

I got my Legend during my freshman year of college, when I was 18.

im 21...got mine when i was 20. ive had it for a year and a half and im lovin it..ive had zero problems and i bought it with 164,000 thousand miles. it now has 194,000. thats alot of driving huh? and it runs better than when i bought it...go figure. if you take care of these cars properly they will drive forever. my cousin had an 89 legend and he sold it with about 250,000 plus mles on it to his boys girl like 3 or 4 yrs ago and shes still driving it.

totaled my '95 Camry when i was 16 while was in the process of buying a blacked out 95 6spd Coupe from a buddy of mine. . Luckily had collision on the Camry, and got a shitty $10000 check from the insurance company:( . I ended up settling for a 91 auto. :nutkick:

a lesson well learned-the hard way:spank:
-soon after my friend totaled his 6spd on the same corner i totaled my Camry. Icy roads+bald tires+curb=:eek:wned:

Yeah, finally paid it off too except now dealing with most likely wheel bearing issue (long story). Just when you think your out and clear, life pulls you down in the water again

I will always luv Legends though no matter what (BHG magnets)....I hope I save money in the future to get an additional 95 6spd coupe/sedan GS.

Thanks-

Parent's bought it used for $15 G back in 95-97 or so, it was older brother's car, then past down to my sister, then when I got my license I just took over.. Once I buy Chrome rims, and my younger brother who's going to be 16 in July, if he passes, i'm gonna pass it down to him, and then I take over my older brother's BMW.. so I'm going to enjoy cruising around this summer around town and I might go to Winnipeg, Manitoba because that's the only city i've never gone to, and the state Florida.. well with all the family roadtrips i've been on you get the picture... the Legend's running 193 ,000 Kilometers..

If you don't have the right equipment (a press, esp.) to install the bearings, don't do it. I replaced my bearings like two weeks ago PITA.

Got my first Legend coupe ('89L) at 20. Paid cash (got a great deal in philly), was living on my own 1200m away from family, so bought it with my $ not parents, put plenty of work and $, but still loved it. Some mf'ers hit my car while it was parked, this happened twice, in two diff towns in Jersey; second time had to junk it. Went few years without a car after my experience, now back in FL and back in a Legend, but now I'm noticing there are more stupid mf'ers down here than there used to be. The disease is spreading nation wide.
