How to view timing belt condition?

I have a 1991 coupe, I would like to check the timing belt condition because I don't know if it has ever been changed, the car has 146k on it but I imagine it has been changed before I just want to be sure. Is there an inspection plate somewhere?

I bought my '92 LS with 123,000 miles and wondered also. I had a carFax
report available and checked where the car had been registered/inspected and at
what mileage. I called the 3 dealers in the area that matched the mileage and
got lucky; I was told by one service manager that the car had been serviced there.
I mailed a copy of my title and drivers license and he sent me the service report.
They had no record of TB/WP despite many other services. I bit the bullet and
had the service done. It is possible the TB/WP was done by an independent;
but, I was unwilling to chance it. (I had a 1986 Legend TB fail because I waited too
long:147,000). Now the '92 is seven years later and only 40,000 miles. Time-wise, I
am overdue. I could check the condition through the inspection port; but, that
is kinda of "iffy." I will bite the bullet again. I already have one 3.5 conversion.
Someone else may have a different opinion. GL.

Thanks for the input! Does anyone know a way to physically inspect the timing belt without much trouble?
With minimal effort, you can pull off the ds cam pulley cover and get a good look at the condition of the timing belt.

Is that the easiest way to get a look? And if so, would you be able to explain to me how to do it
Hopefully this image from the Service Manual will help. However, real estate under the Hood of a Honda is a commodity. The condition of the timing belt is nothing short of critical. Make sure the engine is cold, and good luck in your findings.

Just unbolt the 10 mm. Bolts holding the ds cam pulley on and check out
the timing belt.
