ight ok...so my 91 L coupe is my first car ever.. and im 20 years old. and boy am i proud this is my first car. if you guys heard how much i got her for u would be amazed. that said, it was $700. my friend goin into the marines sold her to me. he told me he was sellin his car for 500$ so i jumped on it...even before i knew what kind of car it was cuz i needed a car bad. but since the first time i saw the car i was in love with it. i knew i had to have it, not even thinking bout the fact that it was $500. that was his starting offer. well, people started offering bids on the car and it went up to 700. i still wanted it. i had to have it. he got higher offers in the upper $2000 but since i did kind of have first dibs on it i got it for 700 even though he wanted more for it. that said..since ive gotten it ive paid soo much attention to it. dont get me wrong. i got a girl and everything and she is hot as ..but sometimes i tihnk i pay more attention to her than my girl. just tonight i realized i came home from the bar and went straight for my baby...sat in her and just chilled. ever since i got her back in august and been on this site...i cant help but think what an idiot my friend was for letting her go for 700. but im not mad. this is probably the cheapest anyone has gotten a legend for. i know u guys love ur legend as much as i do, but those anyone else feel like they may be paying too much attention to her like i do?..i have pics of her even though shes not in the greatest condition if anyone would like to see her..i just dont have a web hosting thing to put them up. if anyone wants to help me post pics let me know...ill even post pics of my girl...im happy she isnt getting mad yet that i pay more attention to my car than her...lol.

i dont know...ive been on this site everyday since i got my car and i just felt like i should formaly introdce myself...sorry for the long post if its too long.

Good buy for 700. I paid 4700 for mine and I still feel I got a steal of a deal. As for image hosting I use www.photobucket.com . WelCome

Good buy. I don't think youre abnormal. You are lucky your girlfriend is understanding, mine is not, and makes fun of me alot.

It's good that you're appreciative of your car. I'm glad I have mine, as well, and I like it a lot, but it is an inanimate object, a material thing. Just as easily as it can be given, it can be taken away. And it can't love you back.

I told my girlfriend I am luck she isnt one of the exspensive girls, or I wouldn't be able to afford my babys at the same time, her and my cars, she goes, "You would keep me though, right?!" I hesitated and said "Yeah.." still in trouble for that one lol

Ya are you talking about the girls getting jealous or the legends? i have read some legends like to get testy with the owners old ladies, mine shocked mine the other day when she was getting in saying her civic was nicer....

maybe its beacaue of those loose wires in your bumper

thanks for all the comments guys. i know its just a material thing but some people really need one and when u dont have one for so long i guess u just really appreciate your first car more. and im really glad mine is a legend.

yea..nothings ever been given to me..ive always had to work for everything i have so it wasnt easy.

:werd: I get teased almost daily. From my wife, from the neighbors watching me wash her. Guilty as charged I guess. Take care of that car, it's nice to see someone appreciate what they have.

As beautiful as the legend are, don't niglient your girl. Your legend can be replaced, your girl can't.

they are not loose, they are there to rerun the fogs from the bumper to the healight cluster, (soldered and shirnkwarped)

$700 is a deal definitely! Ballistic & Khoerling were raggin on me because i bought mine for $1,500 and spent $2,000 fixing it and i still got a better deal then they did.. Plus i bought it with 72K miles.. When its dead like 300K or less, i will just swap a Type II engine and i will still have a sick car with low miles.. (Type II- $700 on Ebay) And they sat there and just kepy saying mine was a beater. Apparently to them if you didnt buy yours mint for $5000 then its a beater.. TOo bad MINES CLEAN! Dirty in my sig tho.. haha

So I am not the only one who spends too much time with my Legend, according to family and friends.

Why don't the women get into cars as much. Then you could have a Legend each.
