Hello Everyone,

I love this forum!! I was just wondering, I have a 92 LEG LS 4dr and it never came with a CD Changer, I am wondering if it is prewired for one, and if it would be simply plug and play.

Yes, plug and play. In needs to be an Alpine 6 cd changer. Mine is the Alpine CHM-S620 and you need to get an adapter. Approximatly $300+10 or so for both the plug and the changer. They may have a newer model changer that will still work, just ask. To install just take out the stock holder on the drivers side in the trunk. You will see a plug that fits.

Wait!!

Don't get the Alpine CHM-S620!!! I had it for 2 years and it is a great changer but the Alpine CHM-S630 handles CD-R's and CDRW's even better. It even reads CDR's which still have open sessions on them!! Wicked cool feature if you burn a lot of CD's!!
