Interior lower lights come on

Just started happening. When I turn the headlights on, the front and rear lower (floorboard and rear door) lights come on. Anyone know the cause?

I pulled this from the Owner's Manual in PDF form.
This should explain why the footwell and rear courtesy lights come on when you turn the park lights on.
