Ok, I have been having these problems for a long time. At one point, I honestly was thinking of selling my car(Not April Fools) I have replaced my rear tranny mount and replaced the spark plugs, so check those off the list of possible causes.

Here is one problem:
Scenario: Say I am going 40 mph and completely let off the gas and let the car downshift a few times. Each downshift is very rough and shaky inside(I can feel it in my drivers seat). When downshifting, the RPM needle kinda moves with the roughness(As roughness is experienced, the needle changes position at the same time as the roughness).
What is causing this?

2nd problem: I can hear and even look over and see my passengers seat wiggling while I am just driving and not even shifting...So the vibrations I am experiencing ARE NOT just when shifting.

3rd Problem: Rough upshifting - When accelerating the gears shift roughly. Its kind of like instead of shifting when it is suppose to it waits too long and when it finally does shift it does it quick and hard. I replaced the rear transmission mount and it still feels very rough.

4th Problem: Scenario: I'm in the middle of a gear about to shift and before it can shift I let off of the gas and the whole car kinda backs down(feels like it is pulling towards me) roughly...

Please help me!! Thanks.

The first thing I would do is to perform a drain/refill 3x using only Honda A/T fluid and driving the vehicle at least 20 miles between each drain/refill. Next, buy a HELM which you will need for any future DIY repairs. In the meanwhile, I would beg your local dealer to photocopy pages 14-76-14-79 from the 1992 HELM Cpe Service Manual. Problem could be misadjusted throttle valve.

I've noticed that when I have the AC on it does it more...Like say I am in the middle of accelerating and I have the AC on. When I turn the AC completely Off I can kinda feel the car have more push and the shakiness isn't as bad. This is really upsetting me. Its been doing it for the longest. Please help.

Ahh man, I feel for you. I know what these problems can be like since I just got over one myself. I can't think of anything to tell you except for that it sounds like something to do with the Tranny, but I'm sure that you were already thinking that. How many miles you got on AL?

hey matt,
Im experiencing very similar problems. When downshifting (usally while im braking coming towards a light) I occasionally feel a "thump" while downshifting to a lower gear. The first time it happened it scared the crap out of me, it was a pretty big jerk. Also, when im rollin to a light the rpm needle does dip down like its downshifting then goes right back up, but my car doesnt feel like its shifting gears. Im thinking my problem is my tranny mount and i may need new tranny fluid also. Im going to get them both done at once. My honda dealer told me they have a machine that will flush ALL of the tranny fluid at once so i dont have to do the 3x flush. Its 125.00, but thats what they say will solve the problem. You said your mount was fixed, so im guessing you should get all your tranny fluid flushed and replaced. Im not sure though, ive only had my legend for 4 months. If you can figure out what is causing your problems i would love to know, my car is flawless appearance wise and this tranny junk is botherin me mad style.

Matt,
that´s normal. The cause is, that the compressor of our Legends sucks some PS/HP. = ~4-5 of them. Quite normal!!!

My passenger seat vibrates and pissed me off. I think its the little plastic thing on the side of the seat but i dono. My car jerks pretty hard when it downshifts from 2nd and im going about 20mph
Mine did really bad too, so I unbolted it and took off the seatbelt and completely removed it. I took off the side panels and bingo. I was now $3.52 richer. There was so much feakin change in those little plastic things that couldn't be retrieved any other way. I'm so glad that I spent the 20min - 30min doing this. My car just glides now :D. Also, I bet you will find change directly underneath the seat, etc...

You don't need to take off all the panels really, just keep shaking the seat, and if you don't hear any rattling then you probably have all the change ;)
