yeah iRiver is pretty popular now thanks to it's quality I've been buying their products since 99 and never had a problem with them whereas iPods... yeah... about those... just check their independent reviews or the lifespan of their rechargeable batteries they pretty much speak for themselves.

I own one...And yeah, I had a few issues that took forever to work out. However, the point of a GB is basically to get popular items at a discount. iRiver may be the best thing since canned bread, but iPod has about an 85% market share, and will probably sell better for the other potential group-buyers based on that.
 
yeah iPod does hold market share for retail but if you plan on selling these to people you know be sure and get the 4th generation iPods they have a battery replacement program the 1st and 2nd gen ones after 300-500 charges you have to buy a brand new iPod theres no way to change the battery

Costco sells iPods? Man, I love that place. I got a membership just because of gas prices
