The thermostat and fresh coolant should be every 3/36,000. Having your induction cleaned is not warranted at 60k miles. If for some reason you replaced the Intake, and did not at that time clean the Throttle Body, then the T-Body should be cleaned and this is a DIY.
I had the induction cleaning done late last year. They put a couple of chemicals into your intake tract and it makes a lot off smoke and a bad smell. I didn't notice any difference but I guess it cleans things out pretty good. The price you put down is actually a little cheaper than what my cleaning cost. I got the induction cleaning done just after my 90K mile service.
