I have a 93 legend and the speedometer will move up and down and the d light will start flashing now the check engine light is coming on.I was told it was the speed sensor.Has anyone had this problem?

Most likely its the VSS.
Seems like a common problem with these legends, do a search in the DIY, its pretty simple!

this is one of the most common problems on the legend. Yes, your speed sensor must be replaced.
