The Bose speakers in my coupe have begun to rattle pretty loudly when my music is turned up. Is there an affordable route to take to replace/repair my speakers?
Can I replace just my rear speakers? I have a 93 L coupe (not LS)

Gracias

You have a L, so you don't have the bose system. You can just swap your speakers with any 4ohm aftermarket speakers.

An L model car has bose as well, however you are right, they are 4ohm speakers and not the Premium 2ohm Bose speakers found in the LS.
you can replace the 4ohm bose with any 6x9 aftermarket 4ohm speaker. Just make sure the new speakers are not too deep or you will have fitment problems (as I found out the hard way with my Eclipse 6x9 point source speakers)

On the CPE the LS rear speakers have a bracket/adapter which is positioned between the speaker and the rear shelf. I am uncertain whether the non LS uses these adapters. Could the rattle be due to this adapter (if you have one) being loose?

I believe that the rattle is from the speaker itself. When I removed the grille and watched the speaker as music was playing, I noticed that the rattle was from the black center section of the speakers...
Can anyone reccomend good but affordable speakers?
