Hi i have owned a 90ls legend before and some dick ran into it so i finally got myself another legend a 91sedan. I know there is a lock actuator problem because it locks 3 or 4 times after i lock it sometimes. I wanted to know if its normal that the key has to be in the III position on the ignition to unlock all the passengers doors using the drivers side unlock button, or is a problem with my car?
Is this normal?

Nope. Not sure what would cause that. One of your door actuators is screwing up, fairly common problem. Don't know if that would cause the key to have to be in the ignition.
