Their customer service has been the worst! I've called them 3 times now and sent several email. Standard response "We'll call you back." Three weeks have gone by since I received the damaged order and I have zero response from CARiD. I've given up and got American Express involved.I think we can all agree that customer satisfaction goes a long way. I hope CARiD will reply soon and get you a resolution. Looking at the photos, by any chance do the center caps have a protective film on them? I know sometimes they have a thin film protecting them and if they do it may not be as bad as it first appears.
