It's been finalized folks. My Legend is totalled.
Here's a breakdown of what my Legend needed (these numbers are rounded and are MSRP costs from the dealer, all items are still available and new):
A) Bose Radio + CD Changer cost. $4000
B) GS Rims (I opted for these over my 18s, since I've always wanted those rims): $2500 (all 4 rims + OEM tires + wheel caps)
C) Wood Trim, other Interior Panels, Bezels, Covers: $1700
D) Towing: $1270
E) Rear Taillights: $800
F) Safety Engine & Tranny Check by Dealer: $250
G) Spare Tire: $250
H) Passenger Side F&R Bose Speaker + Covers: $180
I) OEM Battery: $70
J) other misc parts, that don't amount to much.
:eek2: Grand Spanking Total of $13,662.36 [ that is $162.36 more than the original cost of when I bought it back in 10/2001].
This is the 2nd car that I had totalled, though these circumstances are totally different, considering this car was stolen and the other car was in an accident. So, if u all see a car available at dismantler or junk yard or honda recycler and it looks similar to mine, it probably is [u can see my ride pics in my sig].
The adjuster said I could take back my KMS Strut Bar, Door Sills and stuff... so I'll do just that.
But, I'll still meet up with folks especially from Northern California, Southern California, and the Tri-State area (my work is moving me to NJ in the summer). :werd:
