hey i have a set of JDM one peicers and i was wondering how i need to set them, i know how to adjust it, but i dont know how high i should make it

also the way i wired it up, it has made my highbeam indicator on the dash turn on halfway(its just kinda dim. my low beams are also very faint. then when i turn on my high beams one is a lil dimmer than the other, but connections are good(it doesnt get brighter but not as much as the other) the bulbs are HH4s i believe. did i do somthing wrong when wireing them up?

US DOT aiming standard is a 2.1" drop at 25 feet away.

I need to do this soon since all i have is 2 spots on the ground.
