Ok I just found out its the heater control valve, its leaking from the top where the arm connects. Has anyone had theirs replaced? How hard is it to replace, looks like a tight squeeze.

I've replaced one before. You're talking about the valve that is attached to the firewall right? It's not a bad job, just be careful when reinstalling the valve, because they aren't the strongest thing in the world, and you could crack another one.
