Is it possible to oversaturate the Leather? For instance, if I go out and buy those leather conditioners, is putting too much going to do more harm than good? For instance, if you get a stain on a cloth seat, sometimes putting too much just makes it 'x' times longer for it to dry. Get what I mean?

The leather will only absorb the oils it needs from the conditioner. You put the conditioner on for about 15-20 minutes and then you come back and wipe the excess off. The only thing you will harm by slopping on the conditioner like there is no tomorrow is your wallet by wasting so much of it. Just put on enough to coat the entire seat, let it sit, then wipe it off.
