really though, just get in there and try to make it a habit guys. no excuses! if you want to lose weight or get big, you have to make it a routine...part of life, just like brushing your teeth.
Couldn't have said it any better. It will be 6yrs in May and I haven't missed a week other than e few nagging injuries
