I finally thought up a way to make a lower mesh grill for my car! I even got it to work!! It looks great and really makes the front end of my car look finished by having the mesh grill in the hood insert and having the mesh grill on the bottom grill! Has anyone else been able to do this? Or do I have something going here?

On my GS the only way I see to get mesh on the lower grill is to actually take the bumper off and cut out the plastic grill and put on the mesh. This is not a project worth undertaking to me right now unless I got my hands on a spare bumper to play with.

I forgot to mention that I didn't take off the bumper and the mesh is in front of the plastic factory grill. I will post pics sometime in the next few days, I have to get my friends digital camera. When I get the pics posted, I will explain how I made it also.
