I've done a lot of research into atf fluids and lubegard is supposed to be awesome stuff..make sure it is the lubegard specified for honda's..theres 2 kinds out there.
Back when killing whales was still cosher trannies were filled with sperm whale oil and the fluid would last a long time, the life of the car even.
lubegard has some crazy esters that are supposed to be pretty good at simulating the good ol times.
shifting improves if you use a synth or honda atf, everyone here agrees that Z1 (honda) fluid is best but lubegard is definetly good stuff. Unless you're doing only highway driving you should change the fluid more than is reccomended (I do it twice as often personally).
