only possible, if you connect it via "constant power plus" cable (like the tuning memory of the radio. What you can try is, to connect the lighter directly to the main plug of the radio (called pin "A4 = Constant Power" Color:White/Yellow"

Be careful when hooking it up to a "constant on" like taking it from the radio as you are puttin on a large load (depending on the accessory) to the same fuse as your radio.
Ideally you'd want to pull constant power from the fuse panel but make sure there is a fuse among the line (don't want any safety hazard, like melting of your wire hanress possibly cause of car fire).
