That sounds about right to me. I was quoted $430 CDN for an OEM master cylinder, and the labour and that was about an hour and a half, so another $100.
I got a rebuilt OEM one though, with the same warranty, for like $150, and it will be installed tomorrow. try and locate a rebuilt one for cheaper, but I think the labour will run you at least 1 hour to 1.5 hours....good luck, and remember that brakes are important , so get it done.
