Here's what I did:

A) Press Memory Button '2'.
B) It finished the positioning.
C) Light for Memory Button '2' continues to flash.
D) Press Memory Button '1' for testing.
E) Light for Memory Button '1' & '2' goes off.
F) Repeat Steps A, B, & C
G) Change the position of the steering wheel.
H) Press the Red Button to Memorize and Press '2'.
I) Repeat Steps D & E
J) Repeat Step A & B
K) Light for Memory Button '2' stays on (which is normal).

Why did it have a problem in the first place? Anyone got theories?

Well sometimes when I try to push the mem. button it will blink because it can't completely change position because something is in the way. For example, the seat can't go all the way back to the memory position because my basketball was in the way, so the light would flash.

Also, the memory feature has a safety thing where it will only allow the seat to go back a certain amount, but if you keep holding onto the button it will continue to go back.

Don't know if this makes sense.

You probably know this by now, but if you don't, you might be amazed. The reason why the memoru button needs to be held down is so that you do not accidentally push the memory button while you're driving at highway speeds! When the door is open and you click the button, it does not need to be held down. Just click the memory button once and it will continue to move into the set position. This is another sweet feature of the Legend.

P.S. This is just a rewording of someone else's previous post, so credit goes to that person.
