So my 95 Legend has a brake pedal that slowly sinks to the floor and loose the ability to hold the car at a stop light unless it is pumped a couple of times.

What is this? Bad master cylinder?

How much will it cost to repair? Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

I'm assuming its a rebuilt master cylinder?

My uncle said it wasn't difficult, he just changed the master brake cylinder on my aunt's 91 Integra, costed him $50 or so for the part..

my dad said it shouldn't be too difficult as well...

I would not use rebuilt master cylinders, they have a high level of subsequent failure.....use new brake parts (and parachutes)...some things you should spend the money on....The OEM part is about $165 for new and will cost you a couple hours labor to replace and bleed out the brake system (replacement is fairly easy, but bleeding is tough to do by yourself...most shops can use power bleeder equipment).
