I would have messed with my seats a while back but I didn't want to break the plastic cap. Yall got me paranoid please tell me the best way to get this dam thing off with out cracking it. ONE!

It might help if we knew which plastic cap you were talking about? Front seat or back? Driver's side or passenger? What is it a cap to?
