my driver side is a bit lower than my passenger side, will this be resolved with eibach/sachs non adjustable shock set up?

Please help, I'm about to purchase the stuff.

The drivers side will always be a bit lower than the passenger side, I belive this has to do with weight distrubtion in a FWD legend. As the right wheel is the one that spins, and the left just follows.

Even with aftermarket springs, you will still notice this.

You could go with some H&R springs (which people say even the car out) Or you could get some Ground Controls, and adjust the ride height yourself :)

Take Care!

Mine is about 1/2" diff ... and I have H&R's, so they don't fix the problem. I even swapped left and right just to see if it's the suspension, but it's not ... something about the driver side makes it sit lower. And I really doubt it the battery :)

driver side has more weight than the passenger side i think...steering columb and all that junk, battery, power seat and maybe some other stuff too...by itself these things don't weigh much but together that would account for quite a bit and enuf to make ur car sag a little ...i notice this on alot of cars too not just our legends.

well let me know wat u find out

your best bet is to get hte GC's...
when I had the Eibach's the driver side sat favorably lower than the passenger side...but not as low as I'd like. This can be somewhat helped with the Eibach and Koni..if you do Eibacjh and non-adj struts, you will have the same problem...TRUST me.....I hated the look of the Eibach alone

yeah, i don't like the look of the eibachs alone either. plus, the front doesn't drop enough. also, this is normal for the driver's side to be lower, and more noticeable when you drop your cAR. it is the way the car is designed. it has something to do with weight distribution if i remember correctly.

do you guys think the koni adjustable shocks can fix this uneven-ness?
ya know,what?,ya igot konis/sustec spring,i figure its d spring...
so i order 1 pair only on front to replaced it..took it to suspension
specialist,,i know, these people .would lie to me ,in d first place, but
i said to myself ,its ok ,,just wanna fix this s***!,ok so ,after an hour or so,...they finally fixed it ,they showed it me ,,d clearance
on both sides,ya its same clearanced...so i was gladly took their
b******t!,they said its the strut tower, somehow its thinner than
d passenger side strut tower,,ok!it cost me $75.00 for an hour labor with free alignment,so iwonder why i got free alignment....
after dat ,iwent to DISCOUNT TIRE for rebalance...when they took
d wheels off! ICHECKED AROUND D STRUTS N D SPRING PERCH!
n ya know what ifound?,man, they just placed d friggin perch up
to first position n d passenger side still on d mid position...but
somehow its level now ,,since then it didnt sag at all...as for d
rear they didnt touch it...it levels too ,if i only knew,i wud have done that myself n take it 4 alignment..but i figure itll cost me
same ...n i realized ,dats why i get free alignment...coz they
didnt do s**T,JUST simple logic way...but still cost $69.00 for
buying another pair of sustec spring for d front......

I have the same problem on my 91 coupe i got koni's and RSR springs..........negligible difference in height on passenger side...can only tell when i am laying on ground behind the car about 10 feet back.......

P.S. .............I heard going on a diet and dropping about 25 pounds resolves that issue:)

Yeah, I know this post is old, but I had that same problem with my Maxima, I slammed it and noticed after awhile that my passenger side was higher than my driver side, and that was in 1997, and you know what. although it's out of commission over my mother enlaws house, it's still slammed and higher on the passenger side:D My Legend is only lowered 1.5 and that difference is driving me crazy, at least until I get use to it.

Lose some weight? LOSE SOME WEIGHT?...Check it. Im 5'6 at 145 pounds lose some weight. I think I need more.:giggle:

Here it is, a long time after this and Im still wondering about the driver side lower than the passenger side. I was under the 90 the other day and it hit me. and it hurt. The hot tranny fluid pouring from the drain hole as I did my tranny fluid drain fill thingamajig. The weight difference at the front end is not only because of batteries and steering wheels and stuff. but the most heavy feature. The TRANSMISSION is over to the left. It's not centered. go look under your cars. Thats what I figured when I noticed it.
