she's air tight. unfortunately I can barely hear my intake now, but I think that some of my torque is back. I started off by cutting a new hole cut with a 1/2 drill 3in in daimeter, overlapping the old hole slightly. Then sealed off the old hole with a polyeurothane mold ???? What do you think?

Looks tight, Stalker. I've been thinking about doing this as well and yours (and hotstartup's) look very nice. I have a question about the mold. Could you give more details on materials and approach? Thanks.

Also, I haven't done measurements, but I was thinking about trying to use the OEM intake tube to the TB and putting a PVC pipe with a cone filter inside the airbox, but using the existing tubing and removing the resonator. Would this even be feasible?
