Just bought some 16x7 rims for cheap, the guy b4 me had the same year legend 91, with some 195/50 tires on there, i noticed that 2 of the tires had gotten holes towards the inside from uneven wear, and the other 2 were pretty close to popping, does that mean the rims have the wrong offset?, the rim doesnt tell me what the offset is, how do i find out, can i measure? also i noticed both his back wheels were slanted inwards when he put his stock rims on, what does that mean? i dont want to put some rims on that will mess my ride up, also what size tires should i get? would 205/40 be alright? thanks for the help
