I'm looking to purchase some 17" chrome rims and low pros for my 91 ls sedan. What is the best size tire for this car and what particular size and offset should I look for in the rim.

215/45/17 will keep your speedo accurate. Shoot for +45 or more on the offset. People have got away with less offset but on the Legend more is better (stock is +65).
