NEED HELP

Today, i was dying my inside of the car to black. On my driver side piler have a tachmounted. I cut the tach wires to take off the piler. Tongith, i had the car running, while i was putting some of the pieces back in. I had mounted the tach back but dint hook it up. I looked up and all of my lights were out. The headlights were still on and the car was still on but no toher lights worked, corners, tails, inside lights, nothing. I checked the fuse and it was good. I have no clue what happened. Anyone help please.
