That guy lives in Houston its not Darith though.... his car is painted the exact factory blue color of an R34 skyline gtr! its one of the nicest legend coupes i have ever seen. If you go over to the legend temple there should be some pics... and if i remember right it has his email adress too. check out the picture of the car on the freeway in the morning, the r33 tail lights look like floating red circles of flame.... i would do that kind of stuff to my car, but i want to stay true to the fact that its a honda, not a nissan.... if i want a skyline so bad ill just save up or sell a kidney.

peace

leon, i remeber seeing it on acuralegends.com too. the r33 tail light mod is starting to become played out because people are slapping them on riced out civics and another mid size honda that i wont mention lol. The problem is that when someone comes up with a semi unique idea... the import community is already making low budget copies. Where i live the ricers dont have the brain power to come up with anything other than the norm... altezza clears ,giant sky blighting wing etc. these people dont need downforce on their fwd civics.....

its a hard for me to watch people who mean well molesting hondas and other imports like that... if they only knew.
remember that misguided guy that put that supra wing on his poor abused legend... i will never forget.

Hey, thanks for all the info./pic

Still cannot find his car on the Temple

and as for AcuraLegends.com
it seems to be no longer

The other fella im trying to get ahold of is
up in New York with a G2 Black Coupe and has
already done the R33 Mod

Reason being mine 95 LS Coupe is now in the shop
getting painted and I want to provide the bodyshop guys
(who are good) but want to make sure I can benifit from
previous mods like this so as no mistakes are made and or
they will know what they are up against.

So, I guess when this is all done, I will be the 3rd or 4th Coupe R33 Mod and maybe the only one in Florida?

Keep the info coming

JS :)

The shop that did that R33 conversion was SABS in Houston, TX. He says that Andrew paid around 14G's for all the work done. The only problem they ran into was figuring out how to waterproof it so Andrew can drive it in the rain. Or at least that's what the owner told me.

Well I was quoted 3K max for it to be done and it would look as if it came out of the factory that way and water tight!

Im sure the 14K was due to all the custom add ons and Paint he had done which could add up to 10K

The Body shop pro im talking with now seems to think it can be done without any water intrusion issues.

I still need more info on this mod
If anyone has emails to these people
Im looking for interior shots of the trunk and how it was
finsihed off inside.

If not I will document every step of the way on this mod
since I still think its worth it to me.

PS, those other links posted did not work for me

Keep trying!

Thanks!

James
