I found some wheels with tires for a great deal that I want, the only thing is, that they are a 5x100 bolt pattern. Is there an adapter that will allow me to fit these on my car?

The short answer is no. If wheels are not the correct bolt pattern to fit your car, the work that you have to do in order to make them fit is most likely not worth it. I would suggest finding another set of wheels with the correct bolt pattern.
