What do you guys think of this vent style cup holder? Are they really effective or will they spill? I picked it up for a couple bucks and seems to be pretty good, so far. Now my wife can't complain that she doesn't have a cup holder for her drink.

As long as they do not add too much stress on the vents, they should be fine.

looks good enough to hold a little water bottle like that, but hanging on the vents, i wouldnt trust putting a Super/Biggie sized drink in that holder...

no reason for your wife to complain, she has hands to hold the cup or a lap. I call my g/f my Legend's cupholder.

Thanks for the tips. Anyone have any other ideas for cup holders that can be mounted permanently without excessive cutting or drilling? I don't have any other places in the car? I'd hate to cut away a lot. If I did cut, I wouldn't mind as long as the end result looks clean. Any ideas???
