sounds like the fuse is bad. a jumper wire should never be used in place of an fuse. If they sold the car inspected you can get a refund!
New legend owner needs help!!!
hi guys i picked up a 92 legend a couple of days ago. needless to say it has some issues one being that the wipers don't work. looking around i found out that the previous owner put a jumper wire were the wiper fuse would be, so i pulled that out and put in a fresh fuse but that didn't help any. so i came to the conclusion that the combo switch is bad as the windshield squirter's don't work either. as i was doing that i found a relay that goes nowhere and to green plugs that aren't connected to anything. anyways my question is what are they and what do they do? ok cant seem to link url or pics will do after 15 post
EDIT fixed the wipers it was a bad combo switch.:thumbsup:
