Big up to the steelers!!!... But anyway I got it cheap and it cranks but won't fire. I already know it has a BHG but I don't wanna replace the engine and find out that it still wont start. I'm gonna do some research to see what I can find.

 

Keep me posted... I'd suggest the fuel injectors or the ignition switch...

 

TEST EVERYTHING FIRST. But you knew that already. Get it to fire up. Test and inspect the cooling system, pull the plugs and check them etc. Wlecome to the forum. This is a group of guys and girls that will definetely look out for you

 

Thanks. I'll be checking those. The car is pretty nice on the outside but the inside is a different story. I'm gonna need some seat covers and a cd-player after I get it running. A black spoiler too!!!

I'll definetely take some pics. The car won't be at my house until wednesday so I'll post them up then. Hopefully I can get everyones opinion on how to get it looking good again! Hey lou its Ray. I got the car started when I put the fuse back in but I'm pretty sure I need an engine now. I started it and it blew coolant all out the muffler. Got an engine I can buy off of you? And are you able to put it in?:bowdown:

 

time to install a low mileage jdm type II engine off the net,

I found a JDM type 1 engine online for $550...is that a good deal??? The car has alot fo problems with it but I'm tryign to get it running o.k. first.
