i should probably change my plugs soon but i think my valve cover gasket is leaking slightly again. Last thing i want is oil on my new plugs.

NGK Iridium Platinum- $9.99ea @Autozone, I drove on the beltway last night testing them out. no pauses between shifts, str8 power

 

so it will cost $60 for 6. i might buy those next time to see any difference. i bought 6 for around $25 to save some money, like 4 month ago.

 

i just replaced mine with the NGK Laser Iridioms 9.99 @ Advance. but one of my coils is bad so i have to replace. WOOHOOO......... Not there goes 100 dollars...

 

i have some NGK R plugs in my Legend, and couldnt be happier. when i did the tune up on the GP i put some NGK Vpower plugs in, and it starts easier, more power, smoother acceleration, less engine noise if you can believe that. my parents thought i was crazy to spend twice as much on these, as a standard Autolite plug, but are very impressed with the improvement over stock.

i just installed a set of NGK Laser Platinums. the guy at advance auto parts fucked up and told me he had the regular platinums in stock (2.99) which he didnt so when i got there i raised hell and he gave me the laser platinums (11.99) for the regular platinum price

Looks interesting, has anyone here tried those new "Pulsar" spark plugs that are supposed to give a drastically better spark than any traditional spark plug?

 

i just bought 8 NGK Iridium for $57 on rockauto for those that are looking. very fast shipping and on lowest shipping.

 

I switched from NGK coppers ($1.98 each) to NGK iridiums ($9.99 each) and couldn't tell one bit of difference.

 

The difference is the lifetime of 100.000km (and more).

 

I'll still change them out at 30k.

 

I'm on NGK Iridium Platinums right now. Is there a difference in power between the Iridium Platinums and the Laser Iridiums?
