You would be better off buying a used factory amp and going that route.
Otherwise, for decent sound you will need to change out the speakers as well as an amp, along with running some new wiring.

I should have looked at your pics first.
Are the RCAs tagged into the loom?
You could try installing a low power aftermarket amp that is able to handle a 2 ohm load. You wouldn't want to run much power if you intend to use the power wire from the factory harness.
I have a bunch of old school stuff laying around and you can have one if you want to get up and running.
