No running lights when its on but it lights up when the engine is off.

Hey guys, nice to be back after long gone. Anyway, i just replaced my burnt out Led bulbs on my sidemarker today, and i noticed that its on when the car is shut down but its doesnt lights up when i turn on the running lights and headlights.Only on the passenger side.

Im worried now that it might drain out the battery overnight. I know Led bulbs only draws not much of a current. But its weird that it is slightly on when even when the car is off.

Need help guys ..
