Did it make the noise while braking? or moving? or stopped?
Also where is the noise comming from? Under the car or from the side or infront?

need more info.

I'm not sure if your describing the same noise i'm hearing also, but when I step on the brakes at times I hear this clicking noise but the time I hear it the most is when I put the car in reverse and step on the brakes and it just sounds like a very loud click as if something were loose. Its coming from the rear passenger side wheel area.
