This may have been lightly discussed before, but I have access to a low-mileage NSX motor that I could obtain for a good price. (The sales manager at the dealership I work at just had a new motor put in his NSX, so now he wants to get rid of the original)How hard would the conversion to this motor be. They are both 3.2 V6 correct?

Can this be done?
I'm going to look more into the motor today (conditon, mileage, price, etc...) If anyone is interested, I can post an update

Minimally, you'll need the NSX ECU and I'm not sure where you're gonna get one of those..

Probably www.car-part.com ?

What I would imagine you would need to do, aside from the ECU, is use your old exaust manifolds or get custom headers made. The NSX headers will defiently not fit the Legend. Second the intake manifold is completely different and may need some custom work. Lastly you will nee to modify your hood. The heads and intake will hit, you will need to bump it up like you see on many Camaros and Mustangs.

Hmmm... Only a ECU ??? Are you sure ??? I don´t think so.

Type II Coupe needs (if the complete recontruction ever possible)

- spec. brakes
- spec. axles
- spec. stabilizers
- complete elictrical stuffs
- complete exhaust

plus: 10.000 $ !!!

Or, like LegendGS said... "With enough money, anything is possible"

But if not... "NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE !!!!!!!"

Brotha, please understand me.
The first step is

"Hey, at least you also need a ECU"...

We all know it'd take some serious mechanical and engine skills to make this miracle happen, especially making sure the engine is properly supported and mounted (engine mounts created, and anything that needs to be custom fabricated in that engine bay, done)..

etc..

I cant imagine someone taking on this project and succeeding, but I keep telling myself this cuz I want someone to prove me wrong.
