Ok what else for no high speed fans...

I have replaced both relays, the temp sensor on the passenger side of the intake and the fans still wont turn on. I can pull the 4 prong relay out and use a jumper wire and the fans come on just fine so the motors work but its just not getting the signal that it needs to come on. What piece of the puzzle am I missing. Both fuses 47 and 50 are good, and in the car 3 is good. Both relays is good and the sending unit is new. I'll searched the haynes and the service manual and dont see anything else to check. I don't want to over look something simple before it goes to acura and waste more money. Thoughts

you say "both relays" have you looked at the one on the ECU plate? under the glove box? that was my problem when my fans were not functioning
I didn't see anything about that one, I replaced the main fan relay, a 5 prong one in the same section where the smaller 4 prong goes right in front of the radiator, I was unaware of one on the ECU plate, is that a plug and play one or must it be put on by a professional since its on the plate? Any pics by chance?

Do you mean you replaced temp sensor screwed into the bottom of the radiator? If not, that would be my next step. The relay attached to the floorplate covering the ECU is easy to access, you shouldnt need a professional. On my 94 Sedan I had to pop up the passengerside doorsill plastic trim and the footwell trim piece to peel back the carpet enough to access the four 10mm nuts securing the floorplate. With those removed, I was able to lift the plate high enough to slide my hand under the bottom-left edge(Bottom-edge, Far-left side) of the plate and release the plug from the relay (squeeze tab and wiggle it free). Then you can remove the plate from vehicle, and then remove the relay from the plate.
hey jbud. did you ever solve your issue? im having a similar issue and dont know what it could be. thanks
Often the problem is the fan controller, located under the ECU cover on passenger side under carpet. It can be replaced or re-soldered.
