I don't know who this belongs to or if he is in the forums or what, but this is the hottest looking custom legend convertible i have ever seen. I've only seen a couple, including the ugliest one ever, which you all probably saw, the four door convertible...but this one right here is so sweet!!!

here's the site i found it on: http://www.moeswindward.com/fullefx/P3about.htm

now if i only had that kind of money or knowledge to do that :D
imagine cruising around in this during the hot summer months!

That's Cliff Downy's P3 conversion. He runs Full-EFX down in the Atlanta area. ATLimaging on the forums does his website www.full-efx.com.

If I find a cheap enough G2 coupe he's gonna build a Legend roadster for me (but I'm not holding my breath). The basic convertible conversion is around $5K, all out like seen is around $18K if I remember correctly from our talk at NOPI last year.

THAT LOOKS TIGHT,
I havent seen the four door. does anyone have a pic of it?
that guy sure can do some nice work...the sedan one was posted in this thread:
http://www.acura-legend.com/vbullet...threadid=2622&highlight=convertible+AND+sedan

the link in the thread to the for sale ad is no longer there, but i can't imagine anybody who would have bought it for $25,000 which is what they were asking. i think it is so ugly looking, just doesn't look right.

but this one above, the coupe is sweet, and looks completely professional, and the wide rear is nice and flushes well.

Yes, he did some nice work, very original, only one problem that I see....

Last time I checked, the Legend is a front wheel drive car!! I mean, come on, unless he did a transaxle conversion to the rear wheels, then what is the point of having those ungodly back tires and dualee kit? Sorry, I just woke up and am feeling a little grouchy, but to me that is just stupid. Don't get me wrong, very nice craftsmanship, but my opinion is that it was a waste of time to do the whole wide body rear tire thing.... (sigh).. jeez.. I will stop before I cross the line.

I love the P3, that is what made me want to get a coupe. I saw it when he first did it, I was surfing the web for legend info and there it was. I had ben planing on getting the sedan and then boom my mind was changed forever. Once I got my first coupe back in 99 I was planing on taking it down and getting the P3 kit but then I crashed my car and that was that.

 wow
can anyone tell me about that front bumper? who makes it? Is it custom, one of a kind? Any info on that bumper would be appreciated. thanks.
Everything on Cliff's Legend can be re-made, as he made molds of it all...so if you want the front bumper just give him a call at 404.297.4313-- it is one of a kind, as the kits are made to order and since he isn't mass producing them they are some what rare! The front will fit without much modifcation...as for the sides/rear you will have to go with his P2 kit since that is the non-widebody version. Just give him a call as he is a very nice guy who will help you out with whatever you need...and his price all depends on your attitude...not bad in my opinion :) Tell him Doug sent ya...

Like others said, it is one of a kind, so why not? The guy owns his own body shop and can master what ever he wants...so whats so bad with having the only Legend that really in a way doesn't even look like a Legend-- yet he retains the stock taillights/headlights to keep it real for the Legend name :)? At the time it was all show(done in 97), but currently it is in the process of Cliff's custom supercharger being installed...some of the shops in the same complex as his body shop do custom engine work/fabrication so it is all in the works...kinda on the D.L.-- but when it is all done he may share how it was done so others can do it...
