You have to remove the inside pcs to get to the screws on the back. But be very careful as the clips will brake off on the plastic. But you can super glue or epoxy them back on.
Pillar Garnish Removal?
I've never had to take one of these out before. I'm not referring to the one on the inside, but the metal piece on the exterior which fits over the molding. Part 72470-SP1-003 :hitit:

There are 3 screws on the inside of the door under the rubber and there are two screws on the "front" side too, you will have to put the window down and pull the window seal out to get to those two screws.
