Please Help Me Damn Headlight Bulbs!!

Hi, i need your help, i just installed a pair of JDM headlights in my coupe. They came w/bulbs installed in them when they came from japan, and those are the one's that my body shop wired the wires too. Now i have a problem, the low beam on one of the bulbs burnt out and nowhere can anyone find a replacement bulb for me. The bulb i pulled out of the headlight says PIAA superwhite z, and that's all. I'm guessing it's a japanese bulb and they don't have them here. Can someone please help w/what kind of bulb it is and where i can get one??????? PLEASE and here are a few bad picks i took of it, it's high and low beam bulb. Thanks Nate

PIAA's are all over the place. Ebay has tons of them, here I did some digging around for you through some of my sites. Here Is a good one. http://store.racinglab.com/piaa.html

PIAA bulbs are sold just about everywhere. If you're weary about them, just take the bulb to an auto parts store and I'm sure they can get you the correct replacement for it.

H4 is only single filament and H4H is dual filament i believe

they dont really sell H4H's in the US unless you get them on ebay.

other than that you'll either have to modify H4s or 9006's to fit into the JDMs

You have JDM lights. The H4H bulb is not something your gonna find in a store. You have to buy them off Ebay, or some other internet site. H4H wasnever used in the United States and only used for a relatively short time in Japan. I have the same ones I just order these when I need them.

I did a search of "H4H and I got these links for you...

H4H JDM/H4H JDM White/H4H JDM Yellow/H4H HDM Arctic White
H4H JDM Yellow

I never know that the JDM H4H looking so similar like our EDM H4's. I'm sure that the EDM H4's would also fit. -Mike

Yes Patrick, it's H4H's. Would you like see the difference between EDM H4's and JDM H4H's?

If you ask me: I don't see a big difference between these bulbs. Except that EDM H4's have a ring to hold down the bulb in the headlamps. The rest is the same. -Mike

The H4H bulb is smaller. The H4 bulb won't fit in a H4H space. The socket/wires are the same though.

do you have the USDM bulbs too? Can't remember of its name, but you know of what I'm talking from? I need lots of them. Very hard to find here

Thanks guys for all the help w/figuring out the bulb and where to get them, i was getting worried. They def. don't sell them in US just in japan but i can get these H4H bulbs off ebay, thanks for all the help, nate

Mike sorry but I gave them to my Dad so he could use them in his sedan.

No problem, Mark. Could you recommend good bulbs? I have USDM's headlamps and those bulbs are not esay to get here in Cologne. Last week I saw a pair, but the seller wanted to have 20 €'s for just 1 bulb

And that's too expensive. I saw several on Ebay, USA, but I have no clue which one are good. What kind of bulbs would you recommend for me
