Turbos are discussed around here constantly, especially by new members. The Legend does not take well to them... there's little room for the turbo and the stock engine management goes apeshit pretty quick.
That's not to say it can't be done... but it certainly can't be done easily. There's a reason there's only 2 or 3 running turbo Legends in the country that we are aware of right now and it's certainly not for lack of members.
Fell free to do you research and give it a shot if you're still motivated... but do be aware that folks considering the task are OFTEN flamed around here and results rarely show up so don't bother talking the talk until you've already built the kit, having it running well and have the dyno numbers to show it worked.
The Type II swap and basic bolt on mods are a good start though... you'll certainly enjoy the difference over the Type I. You might also consider the C35A swap instead of the C32A Type II swap: there's no replacement for displacement (especially not on this car where turbo systems are so few and far between).
