Here is a close up of the cap. It features a really nice black brushed aluminum finish (cap is actually made out of metal, shown not installed in pic though). You can also see the new aluminum lightweight lugs in this pic -

Almost there guys :)

The wheels and tires went on today!. Total weight savings from the lugs are 2.6 lb vs stock btw

Didn't get to drive much, but early impressions are wonderful. The tires are extremely quiet and grip levels are very impressive. The car feels alot more nimble and it's very easy to make evo 9 like direction changes now .

Acceleration has also improved. The car's final drive ratio based on some calculations I did is now 4.6:1 (stock is 4.5:1) due to the smaller rolling diameter.

Overall I'm extremely happy. One of the best mods I think to date. Pictures to follow once I wash the car for hin where it will be making it's show debut this sat, so if any of you are going to hin ny stop by our booth and say hi :)

Which location ? I use so many =).

Well the HIN pre-planning and the 16 hour show are over (We got there at 8:00am and left @ 12am) and life is back to a regular schedule. So here is a quick rear shot w/ industrial backdrop showing off the new wheels, which I'm really liking. It's amazing how much they change the look of the car. I always thought the RL was a great car even in stock form, but the oem 17" wheels really lacked style vs competitors oem wheels.

Here are a two pics w/ models and the RL and one of our booth (we had 8 cars showing), all from HIN -

Your RL is soooo nice. I'd have to say that your RL is the best looking one on the East Coast. Did you win that Trophy sitting on the ground in front of your whip?
