That will very from car to car and paint shop to paint shop. See the guy doing mine I grew up with so I I can't give you a honest answer on that.

Depending on how bad the rust is the price varies greatly, especially if new metal has to be welded in.

well we getting somewhere but the hood has to be redone so ill be rocking my reverse cowl fiberglass hood for a few days.

a few dings in the hood that has to be redone.

but over all its getting there.

ok so i dropped project FUT off today for paint and after picking up my carbon fiber hood from FL this weekend ive decided to keep my fiberglas hood. these came in the mail today also.

Where did u get the hood from? Is it custom made? I really like it and am thinking of doing something similar

I have 2 of these hoods 1 is fiberglass the other is real 100% carbon fiber. I got 1 from a fourm member on here and got the other off Craig's list and went to FL to pick it up. They were on the net but I don't remember the company but they use to be on ebay.
