Question on 6X9 Coaxials

Hey I was looking into getting MB Quart DTC 169 6X9 3-way speakers for the rear of the coupe. Now these are very inexpensive for MB's (no more than 115$) but they are Coaxial? Are these any good..

Almost all aftermarket 6x9s are coaxials, I don't think I've ever seen component 6x9s
