Well, I was able to find a previous post about the fan control being responsible for this "little" problem. So, I replaced it with another one from the bone yard, defective as well. Every Legend from the pick-a-part place died from overheating, thanks to this module. I decided to get it repaired after reading a previous post about a Toshiba IC that is a common quad OP amplifier, worth $1.50 at Radio Shack. And yes, it did fixed the problem. Now they kick in every 2 or 3 minutes while idling, for a few seconds. That's more often that it ever did! I forgot the name of the person that knew which IC to replace, but thank you anyway.
